Paypal uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which means that all your card details are encrypted and safe when you are making
your payment. You will see the little padlock on your screen.
Each piece of jewellery is one-of-a-kind, although occasionally
if requested to do so I may make something very similar. In that case a new photograph is taken to ensure that it is an accurate representation
of the piece.
Stock inventory is handled automatically at Paypal. This means that even if an item has sold so recently that
I have not had the opportunity to remove the 'add to cart' button from the page for that item, Paypal will indicate that the item
is out of stock before you complete the checkout procedure. This ensures that you will never be charged for any item that is not available.
I
respect your privacy. I never pass your details on to anyone else, or send you unwanted emails, although I will send you a brief and
polite confirmation email when you order an item.
I hope you are delighted with your jewellery. In the unlikely event that you
are not satisfied, you may return it in an unworn and unused condition within 7 days of receiving it for a refund. Postage and packaging
is not refundable unless an item is faulty. Your refund will be by the same method you used to pay for the item. Because of EU Hygiene
Regulations, I regret that I am unable to make refunds for pierced earrings.
I do not have a shop so cannot receive personal
visits from customers.
